Teaching and learning at Georgia Tech are deeply embedded in our mission to prepare innovative and knowledgeable future leaders who make a difference in the world. Georgia Tech students are smart, creative, technically minded, and engaged and so should our teaching be to bring out the best in each student.

This 17th edition of the Teaching at Georgia Tech teaching guidebook provides all instructors with information necessary for successful teaching - from who our students are to policies and procedures governing courses to useful resources such as syllabus guidelines and a detailed overview of the Course Instructor Opinion Survey (CIOS) students complete at the end of each semester. Offices from all over the Institute contribute to the guidebook, making sure these important resources are always at your fingertips.

Center for Teaching and Learning faculty are always available to discuss teaching and learning topics with faculty, instructors, and TAs.
